In this interview, Dr. Lindsay Reardon talks to us about a case. She was working in a community ED and saw a patient with tachycardia and a chief complaint of shortness of breath. On her initial evaluation she found a life-threatening abnormality and was able to get this patient definitive care sooner than she would’ve had she NOT used her bedside ultrasound.
