A few months ago I was perusing twitter and found a pretty amazing case courtesy of Dr. Leen Alblaihed. It’s been a while since we talked pulmonary embolism on the podcast, and so the timing of this is perfect. Dr. Alblaihed was performing a point of care ultrasound in a patient with right upper quadrant pain when she accidentally uncovered a clot in transit in the RV! Check it out!
